The marketplace

HalfHour operates a marketplace connecting advertisers with live entertainment venues. Venues are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling purchased placements.

Orders and payment

Prices shown include the full amount payable at checkout. HalfHour collects payment, remits the venue share, and retains a platform fee disclosed to venues before publishing.

Creative

Advertisers are responsible for holding the rights to submitted creative. Venues may decline creative that conflicts with their policies; declined orders are refunded.

Cancellation and refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until the creative deadline stated on the opportunity. Unfulfilled placements are refunded.

Audience estimates

Audience figures are estimates derived from venue-reported data and stated assumptions. They are not guaranteed or measured impressions.
